John Wahl

Founder, President, Sales Manager

John first got interested in the manufacture as a teenager working with his uncles who were in the HVAC business organisation. He was already mechanically inclined and enjoyed working with his hands to make things piece of work. Sharon Wahl

Sharon graduated from Bradford Business organization Schoolhouse in June of 1985. She joined the family business every bit a Customer Service Representative just two weeks after marrying John Wahl in October of 1986. Jennifer Wahl

Jennifer graduated from Edinboro University with her B.A. in Communications and and then from Point Park with a degree in Secondary English education. She taught loftier school English in Maryland before moving back to Pittsburgh to work with at-risk teens, and so as therapeutic support staff with families that take children on the autism spectrum or with special needs.

In 2007, she agreed to temporarily fill in as a Customer Service Representative at Wahl until a replacement could exist hired. Instead, she saw ways to help protect and improve what her family had built and institute that she had passion and talent for it. Jennifer educated herself on HVAC equipment, installations, and service. She quickly updated the technology the company uses, hired and trained many new staff members, and implemented all-time practices for customer service and satisfaction.

Today as our General Director and Service Manager Jennifer uses her teaching and communications background to train new employees and provide coaching and continued educational activity for our Service Technicians and Customer Service Representatives. She subscribes to the premise of the triple win, taking care of our employees so that they will provide excellent service which will in turn let the visitor to thrive.

David Wahl

Installation, Plumbing & Fleet Manager

David started attending AMPAC in 2005 (Associated Master Plumbers of Allegheny County) at dark while in his Sophomore year of High School. During the summers, he worked at Wahl Heating & Cooling helping with the installs. After graduating from High School, David worked as an Amateur and Journeyman under several Master Plumbers to satisfy the requirements of his Chief Plumber'southward license which he earned in 2017.

David started to piece of work at Wahl full time in 2008 working his way up from helper to installer, to Pb Installer, and then to Service Technician. As a Service Technician he worked to improve diagnostic and testing methods and helped to add best practices to ensure customer satisfaction. He also assisted with hiring and grooming new employees.

In 2012, David moved into the office to help expand Wahl's listing of services to include Plumbing. He currently manages the Plumbing and Installation departments with a focus on quality workmanship, design accuracy, customer service, and the connected training and education of himself and the employees on the latest technological advancements in the industry.

Maggie McCurdy-Wahl

Installation Coordination, Dispatcher, Warehouse Managing director

Maggie joined the team in 2007 every bit a Customer Service Representative and married into the family officially in 2013. In 2008, she moved from CSR to Dispatcher where she ensures that the right technician is sent to the right job based on client demand and technician skill set.
